How do I get started?
Just e-mail me or fill out the order form and we can go from there. I will try and reply within 48hrs. (except weekends)
How does payment work?
Once you e-mail me or fill out my form and let me know what services you will need, I will send you an invoice via Paypal for either for full payment or deposit depending if there is a waiting list at the time. If there is a waiting list at the time: once I am ready to begin working with you I will send an invoice with remaining balance. When payment clears I will begin working on your design. For all other services payment in full is due before we begin. Paypal is the only form of payment accepted.
How does the design process go?
Once I am ready to begin working with you, I will send you an invoice. Once the payment clears, I will send you an e-mail with info I will need from you. Once I have both the invoice paid & the list of info back from you, I will begin working on 2 to 3 samples for you to view. I will e-mail you your samples and then we can make changes accordingly. Once all design elements are approved, I will send you an e-mail letting you know I will begin the installation. Once the installation is complete you have 48hrs for any minor layout changes.
What if I don't like my design?
That's okay, we can work together until you are 100% satisfied before installing.
Is Installation included in the price?
Yes, Installation is included on all blog related designs.
Do you have a wait list?
More than likely yes. Please contact me and I will let you know at the time if I am available to begin the design process with you right away or if you will be placed on a wait list. (please note there is a $20 non-refundable deposit in order to be on the waiting list)
Do you work on Wordpress designs?
Currently I am only working on Blogger for full blog designs. If you have Wordpress and are interested in my design services send me an e-mail. I have done headers & buttons for people on Wordpress.
What is a Favicon?
A favicon is the image that appears next to your web address.
